MEET DANIELLE
Hi, I'm Danielle, the creator and founder of Discovery Journal.
I am diagnosed with Anxiety, OCD and Depression and I continue to work tirelessly to manage my mental health so I can have a quality of life that one point, I never thought I could dream of having. That is why I have created a Discovery Journal, a resource filled with the tools and strategies that have proven effective through trial and error over the years.
I am proud to work alongside professionals from across the country to develop accessible resources that offer a fresh perspective on mental illness. Together, we are dedicated to supporting individuals of all backgrounds in their journey towards a healthier mind.

I have used many different types of journals and have struggled as they seem to want to make you complete it everyday, sometimes i dont want to. i like that i can journal when i want to. this journal makes it easy to find triggers and habits that are causing a few issues to arise. i have found it really useful to track the mood and how i feel.

I have used The Discovery Journal before but treat myself to the purple faux binder. With using before after a while I am able to notice trigger. I love the way it asks questions but then is a place to add your own bits. I have recommended these to friends and family and I would anyone else suffering anxiety and depression.
